Lin Zhong

Lin Zhong is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system design and algorithm implementation across multiple telecommunications technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Wave Computing since 2015, Lin specializes in deep convolutional neural network benchmarking. Prior roles include positions at elementcxi from 2005 to 2015, where responsibilities ranged from member of the technical staff to director, focusing on H.264, ISDBT, and 3G/4G algorithm design on reconfigurable chips, as well as digital front-end system design for software-defined radio. Lin's earlier career featured roles at Quicksliver Technology from 2001 to 2004 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, concentrating on WCDMA and OFDM WLAN systems, and at Philips Semiconductors between 1998 and 2001 as a System Design Engineer, working primarily on CDMA-related technologies.
