Kristen Stokes

Kristen Stokes currently serves as the Global President of Operations at MiQ, responsible for strategy, frameworks, processes, and policies to facilitate global scaling and operating leverage. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Managing Director in the As-a-Service sector at Accenture, guiding clients through the transition to XaaS business models. Kristen's experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of Global Services at Motorola Solutions, where oversight of a $100M+ P&L was a key responsibility. Kristen's earlier roles at Motorola included Sr. Director of Worldwide Sales Operations and Director of Operations, as well as a strategic advisory position with the Technology Services Industry Association. Kristen's educational background comprises an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Michigan State University.
