Rishika Christopher

Rishika Christopher's work experience includes a role at MiQ as the University Relations & Campus Hiring lead, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HPE SimpliVity in a similar role from April 2019 to August 2019. Before that, Rishika worked at Attra as a Campus Recruiter from June 2014 to April 2019. In this role, they handled all fresher/graduate hiring in three locations, planned and organized campus/off-campus events, built and maintained relationships with colleges/universities/vendors, and executed pre-placement talks and group discussions.

Rishika Christopher pursued their education at Alliance University from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources (HR). Prior to that, they attended Bishop Cotton Womens Christian College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree, again specializing in HR.
