Naoki Kitamura

Naoki Kitamura is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and management, currently serving as Managing Executive Officer and CFO at H.U. Groups Holdings Inc. since September 2011. Kitamura also holds the position of Chairman at Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories, LLC since June 2015. Previous roles include Chairman and interim CEO at Miraca Life Sciences, Inc., as well as Director and General Manager at SRL, Inc. Kitamura has been involved in M&A and corporate development across various organizations, including So-net Media Networks Corp. and Gamepot, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Keio University.
