Bo Dencker

Bo Dencker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the CFO at Miracle A/S since November 2012, Bo has previously held significant positions such as CFO at Excitor A/S, Ementor, and Digiquant, as well as Finance Director for Nordic operations at Global Crossing. Bo's career also includes board membership at Kim Johansen Transport Group and financial roles at Compaq and Oracle, where responsibilities encompassed finance, administration, and legal matters. Bo's foundational experience began at Arthur Andersen as an auditor. Bo holds an HD (R) degree from Copenhagen Business School and has a strong educational background from Vesterborgerdyd and Strandmarksskolen.
