Dillian Franklin has a range of work experience across various industries. Dillian started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Omnicare Inc. in 2014 and worked there until December 2015. In 2015, they were a Compliance and Privacy Intern at UTMC, where they gave presentations on HIPAA rules and regulations and reviewed policies within the University. From 2016 to 2017, Dillian worked as a Delivery Specialist at Ryan Pharmacy. Dillian then joined Heartland Healthcare Services in 2017 as a Pharmacy Billing Claims Adjudicator, responsible for managing all Third Party Insurance, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid rejections.
In 2018, Dillian became a Business Development Manager at Buderer Drug, where they serviced existing accounts, obtained orders, established new accounts, and monitored competition. Dillian'sroles included studying existing and potential volume of prescribers and keeping management informed. From 2021 to 2022, Dillian worked as a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Miracle-Ear, Inc., and later transitioned to the position of Regional Sales Manager.
Throughout their career, Dillian has demonstrated customer service skills, organizational abilities, and expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Dillian Franklin's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at The University of Toledo. They pursued a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Administration and completed their degree in 2016. The following year, in 2017, Dillian continued their education at The University of Toledo and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
In addition to their formal education, Dillian also acquired several certifications. In February 2013, they obtained a certification in Pharmacy Calculations from Allied Business Schools. During the same period, they also earned a certification as a Pharmacy Technician from the same institution. In September 2017, Dillian received a certificate in IS-100.b Emergency Incident Command Systems from FEMA. A year later, in June 2018, they obtained the Certified National Pharmaceutical Salesman certification from NAPSRx. Most recently, in November 2021, Dillian obtained a Hearing Instrument Specialist certification from the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board.
