Thom Rasche is an experienced professional in the medical and investment sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Shape Memory Medical Inc. since February 2024. As Managing Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital since August 2016, Thom Rasche is the Founding Partner of the dedicated Earlybird Health Fund and has a history of investing in new technology ventures in the medical field throughout Europe. Thom Rasche holds board positions at multiple organizations, including Polares Medical, Alesi Surgical Ltd, Miracor Medical Systems GmbH, and previously Atlantic Therapeutics and EBS Technologies GmbH.
