Nuria Lahuerta Pueyo is an accomplished Vice President of Human Resources at Mirada PLC since June 2011, contributing significantly to the management team and reporting directly to the CEO. While at Mirada, Nuria has successfully created and restructured the HR department, established a pension plan for UK offices, and initiated programs to foster a positive work environment. Previously, Nuria served as HR Manager, overseeing recruitment, job structure maintenance, and the development of HR policies, and also as Office Manager, handling travel arrangements and supporting the executive team. In addition to practical experience, Nuria has an extensive educational background, including multiple certifications from IESE Business School in Human Resources Development and Accounting, alongside a Master's in Secondary Education and a Licentiate degree in Art History from Universidad de Zaragoza. Nuria is also a certified Yoga Teacher and has pursued studies in graphic design.
