Sergio Cardona is a seasoned quantitative professional with extensive experience in algorithm development, machine learning, and risk management. Currently serving as a Quantitative Leader MAT and Senior Consultant at Mirai Advisory since June 2015, Sergio has previously held roles such as Quantitative Researcher ML (FX) at NewHorizonTechnologies and Machine Learning Leader/Researcher/Developer at BI Geek. With a background in digital transformation at AXA and a strong educational foundation that includes degrees in Artificial Intelligence applied to Financial Markets and Financial Risk Management from Instituto BME, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Sergio specializes in applying advanced statistical techniques to finance and portfolio management.
