Laura Irwin

Laura Irwin is a seasoned professional in product management and functional consulting, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Mirakl since March 2017. In this role, Laura has developed AI-driven features for intelligent category management, enhancing product visibility and shopper experience. Previous roles at Mirakl include Senior Functional Consultant, where Laura led the technical implementation for a Fortune 500 ecommerce retailer, and Senior Solutions Engineer, responsible for delivering technical presentations and advocating for customer-driven product features. Prior to Mirakl, Laura worked at Bose Corporation in various capacities, including Product Owner and Business System Analyst, where Laura maintained SAP master data organization-wide. Laura holds a BBA in Operations and Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
