Geofrey Gutierrez

Geofrey Gutierrez is an experienced project manager currently working at Miramar Capital Advisors as the Project Manager for Mountain View Owner, LLC since January 2021. With over 20 years in construction management, Gutierrez has a strong background in analyzing plans and preparing estimates for multi-residential and renovation projects, having previously served as President of Advanced Construction Engineer Services (A.C.E.S.) since July 2018.
