Perry Hariri

Perry Hariri is an accomplished professional in real estate investment and development, currently serving as Managing Partner at Miramar Capital Advisors since May 2017 and as Managing Principal at FORTBAY since June 2015. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Perry has held significant roles including Portfolio Manager at Colony Capital, Managing Principal at Urban Dynamic, LLC, and Principal at YCH Communities, LLC. Additionally, Perry has a strong background in land acquisition and planning from positions at Centex Destination Properties and Centex Homes, as well as civil engineering expertise gained at URS Corporation. Perry holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UCLA.
