Grant Lee Man Tong

Mr Lee was appointed as Director of Food & Beverage in February 2022. Mr Lee brings with him a wealth of more than 20 years of experience in restaurant operations, banquet and catering management, central kitchen and logistics management as well as business development. Prior to joining the Group, he has held management positions in renowned F&B groups including Lai Sun Dining Group, Super Star Group, East Ocean Gourmet Group and Chi Coffee Concept.
