Ricardo Collings Bsc. CBTO, CEP is an experienced professional with a background in law enforcement and municipal services. Currently serving as Police Commander at Miramar Police Department since March 2020, Ricardo also holds the position of Drone Pilot at Florida Home Solutions & Services since January 2015. Prior roles include Business Tax Officer for the City of Pompano Beach from March 2019 to March 2020 and various positions at the Florida Association of Code Enforcement Inc. from April 2013 to April 2019, where Ricardo attained multiple certifications including Certified Storm Water Inspector and Certified Pool Operator. Additionally, Ricardo worked as Lead Field Inspector at Calvin, Giordano & Associates from June 2013 to March 2019. Ricardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Operations from UMass Boston between 1991 and 1995.
