MacIej Kaczmarek

Maciej Kaczmarek is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Mirantis since June 2016, Maciej contributes to the company's mission of enabling enterprises to transition to cloud-based solutions powered by Kubernetes. Prior to this role, Maciej worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Naspers Limited from May 2014 to May 2016, focusing on recruitment for key e-commerce and media platforms within the group. Maciej began a career in recruitment at Hays, where between May 2011 and February 2014, responsibilities included all stages of recruitment in the IT and Telecom sectors. Academic qualifications include a degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, completed in 2007.
