Andrii Bardakov

Andrii Bardakov is currently working at Miratech as a Genesys Professional Services Engineer. Andrii has experience in developing IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud CX platform and Genesys MultiCloud. Prior to that, Andrii worked at PortaOne as a Technical Support Engineer, where Andrii diagnosed and troubleshooted UNIX and Windows processing problems. Andrii holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
