Dmytro Bilous is an experienced Program Manager and Software Architect with a proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex software development projects at Miratech since March 2014. Notable achievements include enhancing development velocity by 30% and reducing incidents by 80% through the establishment of automated delivery pipelines and testing frameworks. Dmytro has played a pivotal role in designing and managing microservice-oriented platforms, implementing DevOps and Lean methodologies, and spearheading the hiring and development of engineering teams exceeding 30 members.
