Ivo Calado

Ivo Calado, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DevOps and academic roles. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Miratech since November 2021, Ivo focuses on scaling production systems, managing software delivery infrastructure, and ensuring data security compliance. Concurrently, Ivo holds a position as an Associate Professor at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, teaching various undergraduate courses in software development and systems. Previously, Ivo has worked in significant capacities including a Research Professor at Universidade Federal de Alagoas, a Senior Software Engineer at Núcleo de Excelência em Tecnologias Sociais, and a researcher with CPSoftware. Ivo's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
