Leticia Feniman

Leticia Feniman is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in technology implementation and operations management. Currently at Miratech since December 2021, Leticia focuses on Genesys Cloud CX implementation and manages incidents and requests. Prior experience includes a critical role as Operations Manager at ALCTEL from June 2013 to December 2021, where Leticia engaged in strategic technology discussions, managed operational follow-ups, and collaborated with project teams on resource planning and technical execution. Earlier experience as a software developer involved implementing and maintaining Genesys contact center systems for major clients. Leticia holds a degree in Gestão Estratégica e Econômica de Projetos from FGV and a degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
