Vira Larina is a seasoned Program Manager and Business Group Owner at Miratech, overseeing client engagements for over 10 customers in the EU and USA, managing 5 programs with 50+ projects and a headcount exceeding 250 professionals. Previously, Vira held roles as a Software Engineer, Team Lead, and Project Manager, contributing to projects for various prominent companies in the fintech, IT solutions, insurance, and medical sectors. Vira's extensive expertise in recruitment, gained through roles as Recruiter and Senior Recruiter from 2008 to 2011, includes a strong technical background facilitating the recruitment of diverse IT specialists. Currently pursuing an MBA at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Vira holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
