Sonia Iafrate, CHRP

Sonia Iafrate, CHRP has a work experience spanning over two companies. From July 2004 to November 2005, they worked at Ad Express Canada as an Advertising Coordinator where they established media/vendor relationships, prepared media buy orders, and ensured the accuracy of advertisements and contract rates. Sonia then joined Miratel Solutions in November 2005 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting customer relationship agents, administrative staff, project leaders, and project managers. Sonia also focused on continuous improvement through training, coaching, quality assurance, performance analysis, and staff motivation.

Sonia Iafrate, CHRP, pursued their education in a variety of fields. In 2000, they enrolled at Seneca College and completed their studies in Marketing Administration in 2003. Following that, from 2003 to 2004, they attended Seneca College once again, this time studying Computer & Graphic Design Layout. Sonia'seducational journey continued at Humber College, where they focused on Human Resources Management from 2009 to 2010.
