Bill Paxton MD PhD FCAP has extensive experience in the medical field. Bill has held positions such as Senior Medical Director at Mirati Therapeutics, Medical Director at Intrinsic Diagnostics, and Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Bill has also served as a Clinical Laboratory Director at Serametrix and Epic Sciences, and as an Associate Laboratory Director at Sequenom Center for Molecular Medicine. In addition, they have worked as a Consulting Physician and Central BILAG Reader at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services and PRA International, and as a Medical Director at the Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine. Bill Paxton MD PhD FCAP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago. Bill completed a DeMarsh Clinical Transfusion Medicine Fellowship at the Puget Sound Blood Center in Seattle. Bill also obtained a Professional Certificate in Clinical Trials Design and Management from UC San Diego. Bill holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Bill Paxton MD PhD FCAP also earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Bill completed a Residency Program in Laboratory Medicine and Anatomic Pathology at the University of Washington - School of Medicine. Additionally, they have served as a Senior Fellow in Virology and Microbiology at the University of Washington - School of Medicine.
