Jessica Deland has worked in the hospitality industry for several years. Jessica began their career at Cranwell Spa & Golf Resort in 2013, where they served as the Revenue and Reservations Manager for almost seven years. In 2020, they joined Miraval Resorts & Spas, starting as a Revenue Manager before being promoted to Assistant Director of Revenue Management in August 2023.

Jessica Deland has a strong educational background in Hospitality Administration/Management. Jessica began their academic journey at Berkshire Community College from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. During their time at Berkshire Community College in June 2017, they also earned a Lodging Management Certificate.

Building upon their foundational education, Jessica then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Jessica attended this institution from 2017 to 2022, furthering their knowledge and expertise in the field.
