Thuraya Succar

Thuraya Succar is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education and English language instruction. Currently serving as the SENCO, SEN Educator, and a Special Education Teacher at Mirdif American School since August 2022, Thuraya has also held roles as an English Second Language Coordinator and English Teacher at Alshola American School since November 2021. Prior experience includes teaching Grade 4 and Grade 5 at Sharjah American International School and working as a Travel Consultant and Assistant Manager at Alinor Travel and Tourism. Thuraya's educational background includes multiple degrees in English Language and Literature from Lebanese University, a Teaching Diploma from Abu Dhabi University, various special education and child psychology diplomas, and ongoing Master's studies in Special Education and Inclusion at the University of Birmingham Dubai.
