Maria's career includes significant tenure at McKinsey & Company, where Maria advanced from Engagement Manager to Head of People, leading initiatives that enhanced employee satisfaction and fostered human-centric processes within the organization. Maria's early career included roles as an Analyst at Allianz and as an intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, along with teaching high school students essential 21st-century skills.
