Nicolas Hayon has a strong background in investment and finance, with a focus on energy transition and natural capital. Nicolas began their career in 2011 at France Invest as an Analyst before moving on to Natixis as an Investment Analyst. In 2014, they joined Mirova as an Investment Manager, where they were responsible for investing in renewable energy and storage projects across Europe. Nicolas then progressed to roles as an Investment Director, overseeing both the Energy Transition and Natural Capital divisions at Mirova, with a regional focus on the Asia Pacific region. In 2021, Hayon joined Natixis Investment Managers as an Executive Director in Singapore. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in deal origination, portfolio management, and team leadership.
Nicolas Hayon completed their education in various institutions in the field of finance and law. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field of study from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they studied from 2008 to 2009. Lastly, in 2010-2011, they attended Ecole des Ponts ParisTech to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Structured and Project Finance.
