Olena Reznik

Olena Reznik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Olena started their career at Deloitte in 2006 as a Senior in Audit, where they worked until 2008. Olena then transitioned to Deloitte's Transaction Services team and served as a Manager from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Olena joined Voigt & Collegen – renewable energy PE, where they took on the role of an Investment Manager. Their responsibilities included sourcing, valuation, and negotiation of investment projects in key European countries, such as Italy, Germany, and Spain. Olena also coordinated the acquisition process and negotiated key project contracts. Additionally, Olena arranged bank financing, managed the asset portfolio, and maintained relationships with banks and investors. Olena worked in this role until 2015.

Since 2015, Olena has been working at Mirova as an Investment Manager and later transitioned to the role of Investment Director in November 2018. However, no specific end date has been provided for their tenure in these roles.
