Simona Lapusan

Simona Lapusan's work experience includes holding the role of Board Member at Bravva Angels since 2022. As a CEO and founder, they also established mirro.io in 2018, focusing on improving workplace cultures. Prior to that, they served as the COO and Founding Partner of Zitec since its establishment in 2003, where they aimed to empower individuals and organizations through technology. Additionally, Simona previously worked at Totalnet SA, initially as a Web Developer and later as the Head of the Web Development Department.

Simona Lapusan pursued their education in a Master of Science degree in Automatics and Computers Science at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1997 to 2002. Simona then continued their education at the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Project Management from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic accomplishments, they also hold additional certifications in Effective Personal Leadership from LMI ROMANIA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ENVISO.
