Daniel Lovell is a software engineer at Mirrorcle Technologies, Inc. since June 2013, specializing in programming embedded systems and higher-level integration for optoelectronic sensors and actuators. Responsibilities include R&D of novel optical MEMS systems, MEMS behavior characterization, packaging, and assembly process automation. Daniel is proficient in multiple programming languages, including C/C++, MATLAB, Verilog, and Python. Currently, Daniel serves as a graduate student instructor for the EE 194/290C "Tapeout" class at the University of California, Berkeley, while pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, with a prior Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the same institution. Additionally, Daniel has experience as an R&D engineer during 2023 at UC Berkeley.
