Flavio Campagnaro

Flavio Campagnaro is the VP of Commercialization at Miru Smart Technologies. Flavio previously served as the Director of Technology at the company, leading an innovative team that scaled up and commercialized next-generation electrochromic windows for broad adoption across industries and categories.

Prior to joining Miru Smart Technologies, Campagnaro was a Process Engineer at Nano One Materials Corp. where they successfully commissioned a Nano One pilot plant and prepared a successful Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) funding application that secured $5,000,000 in non-dilutive funding to support product demonstration. Flavio also recruited, trained and managed a pilot plant team that worked with Nano One chemists and material scientists to optimize the cathode materials production processes for quality, performance and commercial scale manufacturability.

Campagnaro has also optimized the production method and supply chain for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFO) cathode material, which is projected to be the lowest cost high initial capacity LFP in the world. Flavio has also prepared a draft FEL-1 Engineering package for commercial scale cathode materials production facility and manages R&D and scale-up projects with major corporate partners including Pulead Inc. (major cathode materials producer in China) and Saint Gobain (fortune 500 company).
