Pratik Parikh

Pratik Parikh, PA has a diverse work experience spanning several pharmaceutical companies. Pratik currently holds the position of Executive Director of Medical Affairs at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Field Medical, North America at the same company, as well as a Principal and Sr. Medical Science Liaison. Before joining Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Pratik worked at Sarepta Therapeutics as the Director of Global Medical Affairs Lead for LGMD Gene Therapy, as well as a Sr. Medical Science Liaison. Pratik also gained experience at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they held multiple roles as an Associate Director of Medical Science Liaison and an IPF Clinical Educator. Earlier in their career, Pratik worked at Synageva BioPharma Corp. as a Clinical Science Manager, Vertex Pharmaceuticals as an HCV Therapeutic Specialist, and Genentech as a Hepatology Clinical Coordinator. Pratik began their career as a Physician Assistant at Digestive & Liver Center, PA.

Pratik Parikh, PA completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Houston from 1995 to 1999. Pratik later pursued their Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Samuel Merritt University from 2000 to 2002.
