Susan David

Susan David, MD, MLT(ASCPi) has a diverse work experience in medical and pharmaceutical industries. Susan is currently the Senior (Medical) Director of Medical Safety at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Safety/Senior Medical Director of Pharmacovigilance at Calithera Biosciences from November 2019 to March 2022. From April 2016 to October 2019, they worked at Clovis Oncology as the Medical Director of Pharmacovigilance. Before that, they held various roles at Dohmen Life Science Services, including Associate Medical Director, Drug Safety Associate, and Drug Safety Coordinator from November 2013 to April 2016. Susan also had experience as a Specialist in Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine from October 2014 to February 2015. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager/Pathologists' Assistant at Regional Pathology & Autopsy Services, LLC from August 2011 to May 2012, and as a Pathology Resident Physician at Makati Medical Center from June 2006 to September 2009.

Susan David, MD, MLT(ASCPi) obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Santo Tomas in 1999. Susan then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from UERM Memorial Medical Center, completing it in 2003. Following their medical degree, Susan completed a Post-Graduate Medical Internship at Cardinal Santos Medical Center from 2003 to 2004.
