Fletcher Malcom

Fletcher Malcom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fletcher is currently the Director of Strategy, Product, and Business Development at Mirus Bio LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product at Nanopareil from March 2021 to March 2022.

From 2011 to 2021, Fletcher worked at Repligen Corporation in various roles. Fletcher started as a Product Line Leader, responsible for the development and commercialization of Repligen's chromatography products. In this role, they successfully introduced the OPUS pre-packed chromatography columns into clinical and commercial drug manufacturing. Fletcher then became the Director of Product Management from 2016 to 2018 and the Associate Director Product & Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Product & Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2013.

Before joining Repligen Corporation, Fletcher briefly worked as a Market Research Consultant at Blue Stream Laboratories in 2011. Fletcher also pursued their MBA at Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2009 to 2011.

In the earlier stages of their career, Fletcher served as a Chemistry Consultant at Waters Corporation from 2004 to 2009. Fletcher began their professional journey as a Research Assistant and Organic Chemist at Hamilton College in 2002.
