Candy Caudill

Candy Caudill has extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as a Human Resources/Safety Generalist at MISA Metal Fabricating, Inc. since May 2011, where responsibilities include processing payroll for 150 associates and collaborating with department managers on job vacancy advertisements. Previously, Candy worked as a Human Resources Generalist, processing payroll for 200 associates and assisting in recruitment efforts. Before joining MISA, Candy was the Safety Coordinator/Plant Coordinator at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation from August 2004 to April 2011, where duties involved screening resumes, interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations, and managing the new hire process. Candy is a graduate of New Albany High School.
