Noramilin Yusof

Noramilin Yusof is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing litigation, corporate transactions, and corporate financing. Currently serving as Senior Manager Legal (Transaction & Litigation) at MISC since January 2023, Noramilin oversees litigation and dispute matters, corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and various forms of corporate financing. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager at Danajamin Nasional Berhad, as well as Senior Associate at Abu Talib Shahrom. Noramilin began a legal career as an Associate at Ghazali Ariff & Partners and has held positions at other law firms. Academically, Noramilin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
