Chris Heisig

Chris Heisig has over 15 years of experience in operations and project management. Chris has worked for Walmart (2019-2022), Mishimoto (2022-present) as Warehouse Manager, Amazon (2005-2015) in various roles, including Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) Manager, and Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection (2013-2015) as Division Manager. At Amazon, they managed development of 8 warehouses from pre-construction to full build-out, coordinated engineering, construction, robotics, procurement, facilities and other groups, and managed budgets for projects ranging from $20MM to $170MM. At Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection, they revamped Microsoft Dynamics SL software platform, revamped outdated standard operating procedures, and worked on Lean initiatives to improve HVAC installation and truck inventory processes. At Walmart, they oversaw 400 non-exempt associates and two area managers while managing two million units per week in freight arrivals. At Amazon, they were also selected to oversee assimilation of Small Parts Inc.

Chris Heisig obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University between 1993 and 1997.
