Shen Megalaa

Shen Megalaa is a dedicated educator and leader with extensive experience in curriculum and assessment design across multiple countries, including Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as the Vice Principal of Assessment and Data at Misk Schools in Riyadh, Shen has significantly contributed to the development of the KS4 and KS5 curricula. Prior roles include English Lead Teacher at the Australian International School and various teaching positions within the New South Wales education system, focusing on enhancing literacy and numeracy skills. Shen also has experience in vocational education, supporting students in developing career pathways and achieving their educational goals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in English and a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Arts from Australian Catholic University, along with certification in project management.
