Gregory Weber has a work history that spans over a decade, starting in 2010. Gregory began as a Network Technician for Task Force ODIN, where they managed and led a team of 25 personnel in support of Task Force ODIN in Afghanistan. Gregory was responsible for network planning, COMSEC custody, and risk and vulnerability advising. In 2011, Gregory joined the United States Army Alaska G6 as a Senior Network Technician, representing the U.S. Army during various committees and activities related to IT security and privacy.

In 2013, Gregory became a Senior Technical Advisor for Headquarters, Department of the Army, where they provided technical advice to senior Army leaders, supported IT-related programs and systems, and consulted with Army Forces Command to evaluate warfighter communication requirements. Gregory coordinated with experts from different areas to develop affordable and realistic solutions.

In 2017, Gregory joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they worked until 2019. Gregory then moved to LinQuest as a Principal Systems Analyst, where they worked until 2021. These roles highlight their expertise in systems analysis and operations.

Most recently, Gregory joined Missing Link Security in 2020 as a Senior Operations Specialist, where they currently work.

Gregory Weber completed their Master's degree in Cyber Security at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Homeland Security from UMUC, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
