Tracy Cain

Tracy Cain serves as Vice President at Mission Advancement, where fundraising consulting is simplified for nonprofit leaders to enhance mission funding. Previously, as Director of Development at McCombs School of Business, Tracy successfully increased individual philanthropic gifts by 60% in two years while fostering relationships with major donors. As Director of Advancement at St. Joseph High School, leadership in a capital campaign and management of annual fundraising efforts were key accomplishments. Tracy also contributed to expanding community relations at Hospice of South Texas and held a Resource Development Director role at Fort Bend County Chamber of Commerce, focusing on marketing and special events. Tracy holds a degree in Development, Public Relations, and Non-Profit Leadership from Texas A&M University.
