Flight Operations Officer at Mission Aviation Fellowship

Daniel Odongo is a skilled aviation and programming professional with extensive experience in flight operations and software development. Currently serving as a Flight Operations Officer at Mission Aviation Fellowship since January 2022, Daniel manages flight following, emergency responses, flight planning, and ensures the safety of destination aerodromes. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Junior Flight Operations Officer, where responsibilities included providing weather advisories, processing flight permits, and managing flight paperwork. Daniel's programming experience includes roles at Bmat Solutions Ltd. as a Country Representative for Uganda, where the software Insulator was developed for banking clients, and at GTBank, where leadership was demonstrated as the first and lead programmer. Additionally, Daniel contributed to Fintech Uganda, enhancing products for numerous banks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and secondary education from Vienna College in Kampala, Uganda.
