Ashika Raval

Collective Impact Program Consultant, Good Measure at Mission Capital

Ashika comes to Mission Capital with a wealth of experience in authentic community partnership development, education equity advocacy, and leading through a strategic and intentional lens.

Prior to Mission Capital, Ashika spent four years serving as an in-school social worker at Communities in Schools of Central Texas where she established and nurtured key community partnerships to meet the needs of her caseload. During her time at CIS-CT, she used her solution-focused and big-picture thinking to support high-school students and families in utilizing post-secondary college and career conversations as a tool to help overcome various mental/emotional obstacles, combat systematic barriers and stop intergenerational cycles of conflict.

Ashika earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She turned her passion for storytelling and exposing overlooked societal issues into a mission to democratize education and community resource access for all individuals. She rounds out her passion and experience with a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
