James Soha

James Soha possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Inventory Control Manager at Mission Dispensaries since July 2021, alongside roles as General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Prior management roles include General Manager at Aprile’s European Restaurant, overseeing a 120-seat establishment with annual sales of $2.5 million and a team of 40 employees, and General Manager at 110 Grill, managing a 100-seat venue with annual sales of $4.5 million and 60 staff members. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Burtons Grill, where James played a key role in the opening of a new location, and at Joe's American Bar, focusing on food and beverage operations for a high-volume restaurant with sales exceeding $9 million.
