Ahmad Shams

Ahmad Shams is an experienced professional specializing in linguistics and cultural expertise, currently serving as a Linguist and Cultural Expert at Fluor Corporation since June 2016, where responsibilities include translation and quality control of electronic media and documents. Additionally, Ahmad manages translation projects at Language on Demand, Inc. while providing translation and interpretation support for the U.S. Armed Forces as a Dari/Pashto Linguist with Mission Essential. Previous roles include Project Manager at Hickory Ground Solutions, LLC, where strategic solutions for the Afghan Carpet industry were developed, and contributions as a Linguist and Webmaster. Ahmad also served as a Consultant for Axseum Solutions and a Dari Language Instructor at Diplomatic Language Services.
