Stephanie Costianes has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Stephanie started their career at Electronic Data Systems/Cardinal Health, where they held various HR positions, including HR Generalist and HR Specialist. In these roles, they handled employee benefits, payroll, compensation, training administration, and leave management.
In 2008, Stephanie joined Mission Essential as a Benefits Administrator, where they planned, designed, implemented, and evaluated employee benefit plans. Stephanie also created benefit policies, documents, and company-wide communications.
Over the years, they progressed within the company and served as a Benefits Manager, Senior Benefits Manager, and Director of Global Benefits & Risk Management. In these roles, they were responsible for the design, oversight, and financial management of health and wellness, retirement, property and casualty, and liability lines of coverage. Stephanie also gained experience in expatriate benefits, international benefits, vendor/broker management, and M&A.
Currently, Stephanie is employed as the Director of Human Resources at Mission Essential, where they lead the HR team in developing and executing HR strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
Stephanie Costianes attended The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree in any specific field of study. Stephanie later enrolled in Franklin University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their academic pursuits, Stephanie also obtained certifications including the Certified Professional Collector from the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association in 2011 and The Human Resource Generalist Certificate from the Council on Education in Management in association with The George Washington University School of Business in 2010.
