Richard T.

Richard T. has extensive experience in the IT support field. Richard started their career as a System Administrator at VerticalResponse in July 2014 and worked there until August 2018. Richard then joined X2X Media Group as an IT Support Engineer in August 2018 and remained with the company until April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal IT Support Engineer at Mission Lane, a role they started in April 2021.

Richard T. received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Network and Digital Technologies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2010 to 2014. Richard also obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) certification from Amazon in April 2020.
