Lisa Hayward

Lisa Hayward is a seasoned professional in product development and sustainability, currently serving as Head of Product Development and Sustainability at MISSOMA since November 2020. In this role, Lisa Hayward evolves and manages the product development strategy, ensuring product viability through testing and collaborating closely with merchandising and design teams. Prior to MISSOMA, Lisa Hayward held the position of NPD Supplier Manager at Monica Vinader Ltd, where management of supplier relationships and production planning was key. Lisa Hayward also served as Head of Production Planning at Stephen Webster and Garrard, overseeing product line management and launch timelines. Additional experience includes merchandising roles at House of Garrard, Laura Ashley, and Asprey. Lisa Hayward holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from Swansea University.
