Linda Bicknell

Linda Bicknell has been a dedicated Web Applications Analyst and Web Administrator for Missoula County since January 2000, where responsibilities include managing web content. Prior military service includes roles as a Water Purification Specialist in the United States Army Reserves from 1994 to 1997 and as a Dental Technician - Petty Officer Third Class in the United States Navy and Navy Reserves from 1985 to 1991, receiving recognition for exceptional service during Operation Desert Shield. Academically, Linda Bicknell holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Montana - College of Business.
