Matt Monge's work experience begins in 2006 as a Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals. In 2007, they worked at NCO Group, first as a Site Recruiter, then as the SE U.S. Regional Recruitment and Retention Manager, where they managed teams of recruiters across multiple locations. Matt also served as the SE U.S. Regional Leadership Development Training Manager at NCO Group, contributing to the creation of a recognized leadership development program. From 2009 to 2012, Matt worked at Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of People and Development and the Director of Training and Education. Matt then joined Mazuma Credit Union in 2012 as the Chief Brand & Culture Officer and later became the Chief Culture Officer. Matt worked at Moxie + Mark as the Creative & Brand Strategy Director from 2017 to 2019. Matt then joined On The Mark Strategies as the Creative & Content Strategy Director from 2019 to 2021 before transitioning to TimeXtender as a Branding & Growth Content Marketing specialist. Currently, Matt is the Chief Experience Officer at Missouri Central Credit Union, starting in 2023. Additionally, since 2011, they have been running their own business, The Mojo Company, which focuses on helping businesses build their brands and improve their workplace culture.
Matt Monge has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies. Matt obtained this degree at an unknown time. In addition, they have a graduate-level Certificate in Servant Leadership Philosophy from the same institution, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
