Kimberly Wilson Ph.d.

Kimberly Wilson, Ph.D., PHR has worked as the Director of Human Resources at Missouri Heart Center since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Missouri Farm Bureau from August 2013 to April 2019, where they focused on legal compliance and benefits. Kimberly also has experience in various roles at the University of Tulsa, including Bellwether Fellow from May 2012 to May 2013 and Doctoral Teaching Assistant from August 2008 to May 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at ConAgra Foods from May 2010 to August 2010, and as a Project Associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) from September 2006 to June 2008. Overall, Kimberly Wilson has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in this field.

Kimberly Wilson, Ph.D., PHR, has an extensive education history in the field of psychology and human resources. In 2005, they graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration. Kimberly then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which was completed in 2008.

To further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Wilson continued their education and successfully obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa in 2013.

In addition to their educational achievements, Wilson has also obtained several certifications to further develop their professional skills. In December 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Following that, in August 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
