Robin Kidder MA, RRT, AE-C has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robin worked at BJC HealthCare from September 2015 to August 2018, where they held roles as a Senior Quality Patient Care Consultant and later as a Program Manager Clinical Performance Improvement. In these positions, they provided clinical oversight, leadership, and served as an expert clinical resource for improvement teams and business leaders.

Additionally, Robin also held multiple positions at the Missouri Society for Respiratory Care, starting as the Vice President from May 2015 to July 2018, followed by President-Elect from July 2018 to June 2020, and currently serving as the President.
